Adopted by Bordeaux for over 14 years and an epicurean at heart, I am always looking for new places to savor the moment and share exceptional moments.

It is from this passion that "Plan B." was born: a desire to help you discover unique places, where each moment becomes a memorable memory, without you having to worry about the organization.

With several years of experience in customer services in various sectors, and 6 years in the hotel and catering industry, I have had the chance to work in establishments as varied as an apartment hotel or a 5-star hotel, an atmospheric bar or a gourmet restaurant.

This journey allowed me to build a network of quality service providers and to refine my sense of adaptability.
